At Little Lemon, I customize every menu to fit the needs of my clients. I’m continually updating and tweaking recipes to reflect seasonal changes and am happy to incorporate any flavors you enjoy. Just tell me what you like and we’ll create something delicious together.

Sample Entrees Include:

  • Pork chops with aged-balsamic and dijon glaze
  • Scallops seared in mushroom broth
  • Chicken rolled with brie and apples
  • Chicken marinated in dijon mustard, garlic and thyme
  • White bean stew with chicken sausage and thyme
  • Wild mushroom ravioli with brown butter sage sauce
  • Salmon with cilantro pepita pesto
  • Roasted chicken with carrots, shallots and mushrooms
  • Skirt steak seared pico de gallo
  • Scallops seared with cilantro oil and avocado, corn salad
  • Shrimp marinated in lemon and lime juice

Sample Sides Include:

  • Fresh greens salad with “Little Lemon” vinaigrette
  • Orzo salad with lemon, feta, dill and capers
  • Brussel sprouts glazed with miso-mustard
  • Quinoa salad with dried cherries, toasted almonds, and scallions tossed in a light lemon, white balsamic dressing
  • Sweet potato seasoned with cumin and roasteda
  • Cauliflower with blackening seasonings, pickled red onions and capers
  • Kale with caramelized onions, garlic and red pepper flakes
  • Barley pilaf with edamame, radish, carrot and almonds tossed in a sweet soy sauce
  • Arugula salad with parmesan and marinated artichokes
